can I set a custom voting button as a default for future emails?

We upgraded to Office 07 within the past 6-8 months.

We have a user who says she created a custom voting button when we were
using Outlook '03. Apparently she could select this voting option each time
she created a new email.

In Outlook '07, she cannot pull the voting list when creating a new email-
she had to recreate the voting list in each new email she creates.

Is there a way to set a voting list that is a default that will
automatically allow her to select it when creating a new email rather that
recreating it?

Thanks is advance!

She probably saved the custom voting options is an oft-file and linked that
as an option in her menus to quickly access it.

If you create a shortcut to the file from within Outlook, you could get a
warning though.

Thanks! A template is the only way I could see doing it- not a default
setting. This is helpful. Thanks again!
