I can send/recieve email, I have mail in outbox i cannot remove

I am sending and receiving mail ok, however I have one e-mail in my outbox
that will not send and I cannot delete it either. How do I remove this email
from my outbox.

Click File and check "Work Offline". Stop and restart Outlook. See if you
can delete the message now. If so, you can then click File and uncheck
"Work Offline".
