How can I send PJL when using GDI+?

I would like to send PJL (HP's Printer Job Language) when using GDI+ to create a print job. I'm able to call the Win32 Escape function, but the command isn't interpreted as a command. Instead I see the command mixed with junk characters. A working example of this would be great
