You could try sending it over here at newsgroups, though I might add, folks
here advise for free, and the quality they offer is the best I've seen
anywhere inspite of being at no cost - but it still doesn't replace hiring a
paid consultant (and it possibly cannot).
Usually if you have specific targeted questions, you'd get good productive
responses off the newsgroups.
