I can pick up messages from my server, but cannot receive them through
Outlook, even though I can send from Outlook. Any suggestions?

What error message do you get?
Did it ever work?
Did your email provider change the SMTP port?
what version of Outlook?
Who is your email provider?

How do you know that Outlook isn't receiving e-mails?
