My outlook 2003 seems to be working well. It shows the send/receive as
complete but my received mail is not showing up in my inbox.

Check to make sure you are not using a view on your Inbox that filters out
any messages. Also make sure you have no rules set up that would move
incoming mail to other folders.

Also check to make sure the email is not being flagged as junk mail and moved
into that folder.
