Do you have the correct email address defined in your email account setup?
In OL2007 check here: Tools menu > Account Settings > Highlight the account
> Click Change

If you have the wrong address set there, replies to your messages won't work
or come back to you

You have set an incorrect email address in the "reply to" box of your
account settings
