I am moving to a different office within the same company and want to take
some of my email folders with me (it is not possible to swop the towers over)
I can't find out how to do this - any ideas?

I've tried moving it onto a data stick but all it does is create a short cut
that is useless on the other machine......

Are you connecting to an Exchange server? You don't need to transfer anything
if this is the case since your mail is held on the server.

If you're using a PST, try this method:
