What happens when you try? What version of Outlook do you use? Are there any
error messages and/or numbers?

I am on Microsoft office outlook. The error message has two numbers. the
first is , ox800421ob, and the second is ox800cccob. Thanks for your

I understand you're using Microsoft Office Outlook but which version of it
are you using? (Help > About)

Do you have antvirus set up to scann incoming and outgoing mails?

It could be that you're timing out when sending large files. Go to Tools >
Account Settings. Click the E-mail tab and then select the e-mail account
that's giving you the timeout. Click Change. In the next dialog that pops
up, click More Settings, then the Advanced tab. You can set your server
timeout interval there.

Hi Kathleen. Sorry I havent been able to get back to you till now. I did what
you said and reset my server timeout, to no advail. Still cannot send out
videos or even pass videos on. Thank you for your time.

Yes, only on outgoing e-mails. the last one I tried was 6mb.

Turn off antivirus scanning your incoming/outgoing email. Does the email with
the movie attachment sit in your Outbox?
