Hi

Can anyone help me with this problem. I have two accounts set up on Outlook
2007, one account for myself the other for my wife. We used to have two
accounts in Outlook 2000 and kept the same e-mail addresses when we upgraded
to 2007.
Now I can receive and send messages but wifes will only send messages and
not receive any. We dont get any error messages or e-mails to say messages
undelivered if I send an e-mail to her account from another e-mail address. I
have checked her details in the e-mail accounts and they are the same as mine
except for name and e-mail address. When I try the test account settings it
says everthing is ok.

Are you using the same Outlook profile with 2 e-mail accounts, or are you
using separate Outlook profiles, each with 1 e-mail account? What kind of
accounts are they - POP3? IMAP?

I have exactly the same problem except both my email accounts in the same
profile will only send and not receive. I'm using pop3. Any suggestions?
