on 5/2/7 my Outlook was working fine and for the last few days it's not
working.

Basically I am able to send an email without a problem. I am unable to
download and read emails.

I am working online.

There is no alert on the "server status" button.

I just looked at the detailed report from the server status and I get the
following message:

Time: 5/6/2008 12:17:29 PM
Error in Mail
There is an error synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your
account has been configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web.
Error: 4402. Client. Client FolderId daf9b53b-1b87-11dd-9354-00123f40e13d is
not found in the request.

HELP!

Jose

Outlook version? Did you follow the directions in the error code?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, jose escalante asked:

Is it a POP or an IMAP account?

Not necessarily, but it can be.

Have you tried to delete the account completely and then readd it? It
sounds like there's a mismatch between the server and the cache PST.

I'm afriad I'll loose all my calendar items and contacts if I delete it and
reconnect. I'm not considered a paying subscriber. Would I loose all my
calendar and contacts?

I also just tried to repair office 2003 but the problems continues.

Since your data is on the server, removing the account and re-adding it
shouldn't affect your data.
