I have been using Outlook 2003 without a problem until today. I have not
changed anything but for the past two days I have not been able to receive
emails (I can send them without a problem). My notification comes up that I
have messages but when I open outlook my inbox is empty and pressing the
Send/Receive button does nothing. I've tried troubleshooting and nothing
seems to work. Also when I go to "Define Send/Receive Groups" nothing
happens. Everyone else in my office is getting their emails and we are all on
the same server. Any ideas?

Locate the srs-file for your mail profile and rename it to .old.
