How can i send 2007 emails to 2003 users?

I have gotten replies that my emails sent from my Outlook 2007 are all
garbled.

Can you be a little bit more specific...
- what message type are you sending (plain text, HTML)?
- what font are you using (in case of HTML)?
- what encoding do you send your message with (Format | Encoding)?
- what means "garbled" - can you post some example text?
