When an email comes in I want to be able to see the reply to email address
before replying. I know 95% of the time it is going to be the from email,
but would still like to see it.

I think the only way you can see it is to click Reply. Then read what it
says in the To... field.

you could look at the internet header - otherwise, is not exposed in the
interface until you click reply.
