What version of Outlook are you using? I see 3 in mine on month view.

make the window as large as possible - close toolbars, the status bar etc.
Or try a two week view -

I have a solution for each session, but I would like to change the default
view and can't find out how.

When in your monthly view, expand the left side bar that contains the mini
monthly calendar (dates only). Move your cursor up and highlight just 3 or 4
weeks, and that's what you will get on the main view. Each week will be
larger and display more items.

Problem is, you have to do this every time as the view returns to a default
when you reload it.

Hope someone can tell us how to change the default.

When you select weeks (or days) you can't save the view and its not
persistent when you leave the folder and return -you need to reselect it.
