My company has six different locations and my boss travels to all of them
frequently and needs to be able to check his email at all locations. I have
him set up at all locations but how can he view his previously opened emails
at all locations, Is this possible?

Where is your email stored? Is it on an Exchange Server, an IMAP server,
etc?
