Press CTRL+ALT+A to select to search through all mail items.
In addition, check your Search Options and see if you have selected the
additional mailboxes to be indexed as well.

I tried the CTRL+ALT+A and it doesn't work. It still only searches my
inbox. I went to the Search Options and there are no options to add
additional mailboxes to be indexed??

HELP!!!!!
