Can I scale a movie 2x?

I'm new to MM2 and have sucessfully converted MOV files to AVI files using
the RAD Video Tools, imported the resulting AVI files, and saved the movie to
my computer. The resulting movie is 320 x 240. I have unsucessfully
investigated scaling the movie 2x (from 320 x 240 to 640 x 480). I have
attempted the scaling in the RAD Video tools and/or by choosing the High
Quality Large option in MM2 when I save the project to my computer. The
video and sound in the resulting movie are not synchronized.

Is there a way to accomplish the 2x scaling?
