Which shortcuts are you referring to? The ones in the Shortcuts Navigation?
Those aren't kept in a pst-file but in <profilename>.xml
Additionally, don't connect to pst-files stored on a network. This
configuration not recommended nor supported by Microsoft and could lead to
data corruption or even data loss. Always keep a pst-file on a local hard
drive.
