I am using outlook 2003 on the corporate server and server warned me about
size of my quota. So I must save some of my old mails and take them out of
the outlook quota. If I am not wrong I must use "export" function and create
a pst file. If it is right so far, the main point is taht how can I save the
mails in between specific dates and so get the fullness of the quota decrease
?

Thanks for your help

You should use 'Archive' or 'AutoArchive' for that process, not
'Export'. 'Archive' let you select a date range, 'AutoArchive' will
automatically archive items that are older than xx days. The items will
be archived into a PST file.
