How can i save an email with the modified date to be the sent date in
outlook2003?

Described it clearly:
i need to save an email to an .msg file. and the file's modified date that
i need to be the file's sent date.

The only thing I can think of would be to try and write some custom code
that saves the item to the filesystem and manipulates the metadata.
