Hello,

When I receive an email from my inside sales person with information
regarding a specific customer or lead...sometimes with attachments...can I
save that message directly to a Business Contact record or communication
history, or do I have to save it as a file first?

Sometimes it is a forwarded email...so I don't believe I should "link it"
since it didn't actually come from the customer.
-- Thanks!
Cheers,
BM

Open the Email message, click link to record, and select the contact.
After saving the email message, it should show up in the conatct's
history.
