How can to save a clipboard item permantly?

's Computer Specifications

I am typing papers and I need to include my name,course, school,professor in
the paper always. I want to program the clipboard to retrieve that
information with a clue.

Set it up as an AutoText (or a Quick Part if you're usig 2007).
