Can Save Attach file

I am using below statement to save file to specific folder but it does not want to save, its return the message "Cannot save the Attachments? please help!
MyItems(i).Attachments.Item(J).SaveAsFile "Sams32GEOLOGYMintek" & _ MyItems(i).Attachments.Item(J).FileName
