These cannot be saved. In any case, there are probably a number of links
there that you would not like to be made public - such as links to DWT,
Shared borders, include files, css files, JavaScript files and so on.
Best you can do with this view, is to capture it as an image (alt+PrtScn),
paste into an image editor and crop out the unwanted bits, then import the
edited and optimised image into FrontPage.
Then use the image as an image map on a page, adding hotspots for the
relevant pages. IMO, a lot of work for little reward.
