Can I run Text Import Wizard from C/C++

Hello there,
I have a bunch of .txt files which need to be imported using Text Import Wizard to excel and saved as .csv files. As the process of steps to be followed is same for all the files, can I write a program in C/C++ (which I am familiar with) to automate this.
I tried looking into various threads in the forum, many suggest solutions usig vba, any help?
