Sure. That's in the Rules Wizard. (Tools | Rules Wizard probably) I
can't be any more specific without knowing what version of Outlook
you're using. Note that your Outlook will probably have to be running
in order for the rule to run - unless you have an Exchange server, which
I doubt.
