I am not certain what it means to "rise a culture thime," but this newsgroup
is devoted to discussion of and questions and answers about Microsoft Access
database software. Anything else is "off-topic," would not be appreciated by
those who participate for the intended purpose of the newsgroup, and would
better be posted in a newsgroup appropriate to the topic you want to
discuss.

When you do find an appropriate newsgroup, it might be a good idea to use
the big white space below the subject line to ask your question or post your
statement.
