How can I review a Word document for duplicate sentences?

I am reviewing a 100-page document that may contain duplicate sentences. I
would like to perform a search to find and remove duplications.

Are the duplicate sentences adjacent to one another, or randomly occurring
throughout the document i.e. one sentence on page x the other duplicate
sentence on page y?
