Can I retrive email permenatly deleted in error a while ago

I accidently deleted an email and then empited the deleted folder. Can I
retrive them? It has been a while

If you're using an Exchange account, then perhaps. If you're using a PST,
it's a much longer shot. It's likely they're gone, but see this:
