Nobody can help you if you don't provide any information.

Why can't you retrieve your email "when out of state"? You don't have a
computer? You don't have Outlook? What's the problem?

Oh, and what's your Outlook version and account type (POP/SMTP, IMAP,
Exchange Server)?

That depends on where your e-mail is stored when you are in your regular
workplace or home. Is it on an Exchange server? Are you a standalone user?
Give us as much info as you can -- Outlook version, etc.
