How can restrict users using printer at specfic date

There are many third-party software which can control the no. of paper print
or printing charge. But can't find any software that can restrict users
using printer at specific date.

Windows 2000 can restrict users printing at specific time (ie. unable to
print). Then are there any way that can control LAN users unable to user
printer at specific date such as holidays / sunday etc.
