While changing a page in my site, it changed all the other pages. Now I have
no navigation tabs at the top or side where they were before. Can Front Page
2002 be restored to a previous point? Or how can I get the top and sides
back to include the tabs?

Do you have a "live" published copy of your site??
If so open it and publish back down to your machine.

Thanks...now when attempting to publish back to my computer, it says there is
conflict with file names...I guess there are files that have the same names.
How do I find those files to give each a unique name?

Create a new empty web on your machine and publish back to it.
