When I Archive SENT emails from the SENT ITEMS folder, the emails are listed
with my email name in view instead of being able to view the names of the
recipients of the emails like the original SENT FOLDER displays the emails.
I can sort by FROM but when I want to look through all my emails that I sent
around a certain date, TO whom I sent the email cannot be viewed unless I
open the email. When sorting by date, how can I reset the emails in the
Archived SENT folder to show the recipient email address instead of my email
address?

Change the View to "Sent To".
