Can i Resell IT Videos

Hi. I just need some advice. I starting purchasing IT training videos
and reselling them in South Africa. Will i get in trouble for this
because the company that i am buying from are all licensed and they
also confrimed that i can sell their products but when i advertised on
a few sites in SA, they removed my advertisement. Why....please advise
on what i need to do?
