Use the Expand command to replace the .dll you screwed up.
You can not edit files using Recovery Console but you can view .txt
files [MORE or TYPE] and run .bat files [BATCH].
You've already made the system unbootable once ... are you sure you want
to do it again ? If yes, then use the same software but *back up* the
file first.
