Hello

I wonder if anyone can help.

I am suddenly unable to sign in to my online banking with Halifax and they
have told me that it is my browser. I am running Internet Explorer Version 6
on Windows XP Home Service Pack 2. I have checked all my security settings
and cleared out all temporary files, cookies, cache etc as instructed. I have
compared my browser settings against another PC that I can log in with. The
only difference is that the Custom Settings for the Internet on the Security
tab in Tools/Options is greyed out and this is one of the settings that may
ne wrong. I have tried installing the latest update to see if this solves the
problem but to no avail. I am now tearing my hair out.

Any advice greatly received.
