All of my messages from my bank (Bank of America) are routed to my Junk
e-mail folder as PHISH. They are valid and I want to have them come directly
to my inbox. Is there a way this can be done?

At the sender as a Safe Sender?

Also, if 'phish' is showing up in the subject line:
a) Look at the settings of whatever application is adding it, because Outlook
itself doesn't, and see what you can add for exceptions
b) If you can't except it out, look for a rule that you have created that
moves messages with phish in the subject to your Junk E-mail folder.
