Can I remove Microsoft AntiSpyware folder?

Can I remove the folder (Microsoft Antispyware) that is in programs files on
C: drive? Will it be safe to remove this folder?

Looks like a left over that was not removed (uninstalled).

I have Windows defender beta 2 installed now.
