Every time I put my laptop on or open windows I get a message stating that
windows is installing and then it asks me to insert 'Microsoft Office XP
Professional with Front Page' disk and click ok. I have no such disc. I was
trying to stream a soccer match and it asked to me to install a Chinese
language converter after which I constantly get this message. Any help please

Do you have Office XP installed?
- it is trying to load the language support tools - insert your office cd and run a reinstall

No, you shouldn't lose the data files. But, it wouldn't hurt to back them
up, first.
