I continue to receive a message "The add-in 'C:\Program
Files\SpamBlockerUtility\Bin\4.8.4.0\Redemption.d...' could not be installed
or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the
Help menu." I have done the Detect and Repair but continue to get this
message when opening Outlook. How can I get rid of this message.

Version of outlook? Operating system?

Tools, trust center - look for the spam blocker under Addins and disable it.
Or uninstall it using control panel, add/remove programs.

You can also rename extend.dat with Outlook closed and then open Outlook again - presuming you have uninstalled the program.

After furious head scratching, Schmitty asked:
