How can I Remove all Deleted Files from my INBOX?

's Computer Specifications

I have Deleted All Junk Mail on my INBOX which shows a Line on it but it does
not Clear my InBox.I tried to Remoove it it does not work .I tried
everything(as per instructions got from Help) and still does Delted Files are
on my INBOX Screen.How can I Remoove all Deleted Files to the Temp File or
any other File to be cleaned from my PC and my INBOX. Need HELP

Sounds like you have an IMAP account. When you are in the Inbox, look under
the edit menu for an option to purge items.
