how can I reinstallar my windows Xp

My computer is not running well and I will like to reinstallar windows on it
how can I do it, because I don't want do it if I can install the cd again

It's not clear what you mean by "if I can install the CD again". If you
have an a retail or OEM installation CD see these articles on how to do a
repair install and a clean install.

If it's a branded OEM like a Dell or HP/Compaq check the documentation that
came with the computer or check with the computer tech support for how to
reinstall the OS.
