How can I reinstall the Messenger?
The Messenger stopped running after SP3 installation. There is Messenger
line in the StartUp. When I try to run C:\Program Files\Windows
Live\Messenger\msnmsgr.exe, nothing happen. Version of the file
msnmsgr.exe - 14.0.8064.206.

Download the installer program again.

If you're having problems rerunning the installer (where there should be a Repair option),
run ZapMessenger:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/redir/zapmessenger.asp

Then go ahead and reinstall Messenger from http://download.live.com.
