Put a copy of Netdom on the client pc (install the support tools) and then
you can use it to the PC

netdom renamecomputer MACHINE_NAME /newname:NEW_MACHINE_NAME
/usero:LOCALA_DMIN /passwordo:LOCAL_ADMIN_PASSWORD /reboot:5

then

netdom join /domainOMAIN\DCNAME /userdOMAIN_ADMIN
/passworddOMAIN_ADMIN_PASSWORD /reboot
