How can I refuse to accept a single e-mail?

I would like to find out how to refuse to accept a single e-mail so that the
e-mail is returned to the sender with a "stamped" automatic message like "
Addressee refused to accept e-mail"

Use the Rules Wizard to create a rule for that specific email address.
