I have used a compuserve email address for several years. I'd like to move
to outlook, but I don't want to miss any emails sent to my compuserve email
address

Well, is the CompuServe e-mail server a POP3 or IMAP4 provider? If so,
just define a POP3 or IMAP4 account in Outlook using whatever CompuServe
says are the server settings.

If you no longer have an account with CompuServe, you also no longer
have your old e-mail address with them.
