The guy who designed the Access project was fired a year ago. Recently my
boss wants to make some changes but found out it requires to logon as the
owner. However,nobody has the password. Is there any way to recover the
own's password? Thanks in advance.

There are companies that will recover that for you if you can prove that you are
the rightful owner of the app. You can of course also just purchase utilities
on the web that can break Access "security".
