I am able to recieve emails but when I send emails they stay in my out box.
Can anyone help me please?

We need more details from you such as:

1) What version of Outlook do you use?
2) What is your email environment - POP3, Exchange?
3) Did this ever work before?
4) Are there any error messages/numbers?
5) Do you use a PST? What size is it?
6) Have you already performed any troubleshooting? If so, please post what
you did so that you're not told to do the same thing.
