Can recieve but not send

Outlook 2003 has stopped sending email from my msn account. A message pops
up saying "The operation failed. An object could not me found."

When I try to edit email settings, it will not allow me to set the msn
account as default. It's greyed out.

Do you have the Outlook Connector installed already?

Since September 1, WebDAV access to Live Hotmail/MSN accounts has been
disabled.
For Outlook 2003 and 2007, you can use the use the Outlook Connector
instead.
For Outlook 2002 and previous, you'll have to configure it with POP3
instead.
If you are using Outlook Express, use Windows Live Mail instead (successor
of Outlook Express).

Yes, I have Outlook Conector installed. I am recieving email into personal
folder inbox. I cannot send any email. I cannot make my (E-Mail Removed) inbox
default. I also lost mt (E-Mail Removed) calendar.
